This last couple of days I’ve been buying a lot of new supplies for my workshop.. if any jewelers read this post you can see how I move in baby steps..

I live in a country where is almost impossible to find this stuff.. so It’s VERY complicated..

I needed a metal ring sizer really badly..

 A dapping cube and the punch set.. for my fountains!!! and cups of teas and all pretty round stufff… (hot air baloons coming soon)

This half round file is impossible to find in the country and was the only file i was missing!

I feel so good little by little i can manage to make things at home and well now i can focus just in this.. working your butt of pays you can get pretty new things…

The other batch of things I’ll show in another post now I’m off to class

I get urges in life, I like sweet things, they make me happy.. it’s a sugar rush I know..

 That’s all I’m gonna say today.

I’d squish so many people …

Oceans would be bathtubs and Whales my bath toys.

And I would have a gigant pug as a loyal companion…

I’d be in another continent with one big jump…to visit friends I cant see…

I would carry supplies out of rich countries for the poor ones to create a balance..

I would knit the branches of the biggest trees..

I would tame the animals in Africa for my brother to play Safari..

…. I would make a ring out of the moon…

Too many things come to mind.. but well..

Don’t have much to write today.. but I did buy pretty flowers and a special gift from my friend Einstein..

So as we were talking one day he mentioned he was going to the zoo with his Daugther.. so I asked him to kiss a peacock for me.. and I’m so happy..

       

 This my friends it’s 2 of the things I like the most together.. not making out coz the peacock doesn’t seems to like him..it’s giving him the ” WTF humans are absurd look” …

Yeee as I told him a picture like this for me it’s more meaningful than 12 roses wrapped in ribbons..I like alternative details ..

I made this out of 3 white canvas wrapped with leather painted all over , aged, made a collage and wrote the following quote by Anais Nin..

Just added .. Time flies.. to be able to use the clock with wings I made..

So the other day was a day of shopping for random things as one does…

I have this thing for little things, or strange things, and I keep puting them everywere, now that the studio is actually looking like a studio then I am starting to buy things to give it a more personal touch..

Starting with my favorite a couple of Mushrooms to store acid and borax..

Then my lil vintage ..porcelain egg.. I don’t like roses much but this had blue and black tones on it so it gives it a nice touch…

This has a little story.. the thing is we had to make a perfect sphere.. and to know it was perfect once done it had to roll in a parallel line, back and forth which meant it was fully perfect all around..

Mine rolled and I almost cried ahaha! (you can see me there, and that in my hand is something important I wrote but it fade so I don’t remember haha ), It’s 16mm

Then I got this pretty scarf coz I got a thing for scarfs I got too many all colors some made by me some purchased, It used to be the same with hats I had about 25 hats and gave them all away when I went to Aust.

This one is nice coz is very light.. bit silly to wear big scarfs when you live in CR.
